A lottle of people will be proven wrong when they say that hotels in Ghent haven't got the same charm than hotels in Bruges. This is absolutely not the case since most 4 star hotels in Gent are as good as those in Bruges.
Hotels in Bruges are in fact slightly more expensive than their counterparts hotels in Gent, mainly because of the fact that there are more tourists visiting Bruges every year. It also hosts one of the most famous zoos in the world, which can be a fun and interesting triop when the weather during your stay in Bruges turns out to be real bad. Here and there your hotel in Antwerpen will remind you of Bruges, because of its location in the historical city centre.
Ofcourse most hotels in Antwerp will have more urban characteristics (due to the size of the city) than hotels in Bruges, although these hotels in Antwerpen are fully comparable for most other quality features.
